
How Bills are Calculated
All bills are based on meter readings, unless inclement weather
prevents us from locating and reading the meter. In this case,
your bill is estimated based upon your previous three months
usage. If we overestimate or underestimate your bill, we
adjust your bill the next time that we are able to get an actual
reading from your meter.

After-hour cash and check payments can be made through the drop
slot next to the front door.
Interruption and Reconnection of Service
Late notices and disconnection notices are printed on the lower
left stub of your bill. Customers with a 60-day balance will
be subject to disconnection. Reconnection is a $30.00 fee and
the customer must pay the bill in full plus the reconnection fee
before service is restored. If a customer reconnects the water
service on his/her own, there will be an additional $750.00 tampering
fee. For faster reconnection, we accept credit and debit card
payments over the phone.
Prolonged Absence
If you will be leaving on vacation for an extended period of
time, please call the office to have your water shut off at the
meter. If you leave your water on, you will be subject to pay
the minumum usage amount. This will also protect you from any
leaks in your home while you are away. Call the office when
you return and we will be happy to come back out and reconnect your
service.
