
New Service & Meter Deposits
The process of setting up your water service with us is quite
simple and involves the following three steps:
- Print out a copy of either the
residential customer
application or
commercial customer application and fill it out
completely.
- Read the Water District Rules on page two of the application.
- Bring the application to our office at 195 Old Sugar Creek
Road and pay your deposit.
Shortly after your visit to our office, one of our distribution
department personnel will visit your new residence or business to
turn on the water and record your beginning meter reading.

Deposit Amounts
Residential Customers
Home Owner - $50.00
Renter - $100.00 (Includes houses, apartments, and mobile home pads)
Commercial Customers
Amount will vary dependent on the size of meter at the
location. Please contact our office
so we can tell you the correct deposit amount required.

Tap
Fees
Tap fees include an inspection and tap and requires a 48 hour
notice.
