ONCE YOUR APPLICATION IS APPROVED, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO MAKE A DEPOSIT ON YOUR ACCOUNT BEFORE YOUR SERVICE IS ACTIVATED.
NEW ACCOUNT SETUP, DEPOSIT AND SERVICE ACTIVATION WILL ONLY BE PERFORMED DURING REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS.
IF YOU MOVE IN DURING THE WEEKEND OR ON A HOLIDAY YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY THAT WE ARE OPEN, TO BEGIN THIS PROCESS.

Amounts will vary dependent on the size of meter at your location. Please contact our office so we can tell you the correct deposit amount required.

No one other than water district employees or their authorized representative may turn the meter off or on, or access the meter pit for other reasons. There will be a $750.00 tampering fee for anyone who turns the meter off or on, or access the meter pit for other reasons. The only exception to this rule is in an emergency, if the customers water shut off is not working and the water leak is causing damage to property the customer may try turning the water off in the meter pit. You must contact our office, even after hours to report the problem. You may not turn the water back on after repairs, assistance form district employees is needed to do so.
